In the U K there is one of the largest and dedicated old west Re-enactment and living history groups in the country, who relive the old west by historical western Re-enactment. Camping out under canvas and wood, and performing both historical and fictional events of the wild west.
Outlaws
holding up banks, cowhands fighting rustlers and then watch one of the most
famous shootouts in the history of the old west down at the ok corral. These
are just a few of over a dozen shows we perform every year.
The group was formed in 1998
performing shows and displays
on a none profitable basis, while raising money for local
charities.
There are over 100 UK wide members in the group, who dress and live
as
closely to the wild west as possible.
We meet up most weeks to rehearse and several times a year arrange western campouts and performing shows to both private clients and the public.
We are covered by 5 million public liability insurance.
Authenticity is the groups main priority, so most of our clothes, theatrical weapons and props are imported from the U.S.A.
Over the years the group has invested in two 1890's chuck wagon's and a western town and a dozen authentic tented camps.
We are also available for both film and T v, advertising and lecturing on the old west.
